Video showing the party-change system. It appears you can't have more than 2 chars of the same color in the team (so either Maino or Yumina, Kirara or Youko, Ai or Tsukiyo, Ayumu or Rei). Nayuuta is probably of "golden" color (omnipotent, is it? -_-' ) and so can always be present regardless of others' colors.

so basically you still need to have 4 different colors, which makes sense, otherwise you won't be able to attack after a series of technique because of the color shortage (whatever those is called, the color point needed to use a skill)

so sailabc1 told me to check yumina webpage as there's some updates, and on the system page they introduced a new system called "Gem" and "Gear"

Basically in the new tower dungeon, you'll see roulette thingie on top of your screen, which is called the gear. The gear will turn on your every step and it's closely related to the monsters in the area. When you encounter a monster when the gear shows high number, the amount of gem you get will increase. If you complete a certain task, all the gears will shift up, so the minimum number in the gear will be higher now. The gems can be exchange with Yaemi for money, and they're not saying why we'll need more money yet this time. Probably next update
