There's alot of RAW mangas here at HongFire. Other than here, I don't really know.

Errr download or buy? I always found having a hard copy of the manga better when it comes to Japanese study. At least you don't have to stare at the moni for N hours trying to understand the words on a page. >_O;

If you know the title of what you're looking for, I'd recommend giving WinNY a try. It's where fansub groups still often get their raw anime as well. It is a bit of a pain to set up at first, and you probably need to run your computer in japanese mode, but once it's up and running it's nice and easy. Here's a link to get you started:
