Just picked up the first issue of Deus Vitae and I'm a bit undecided on it. I like the artwork and the story seems like it has potential but it doesn't flow too well and there's no humour. If anyone has read the series, is it worth sticking with?? Also, anyone know how many parts it comes in?? Cheers

A former roommate left some of Deus Vitae at my place when he moved so I checked it out. All in all not that impressed though, I'd say confusing and fairly poor characterization. Get the feeling it's trying to survive on style rather than substance, works with the less discriminating anime types but I've gotten realy picky over the years. :) According to manga jouhou the length is 3 volumes.
