What's the encoding of the file-name in this zip file?

I used 7-zip to uncompress it under Japanese locale and got something like this:
[080820] May'n｡､､ｮqｷR - ﾇﾚﾇｫﾇ鯢ｵF OP2 - ﾇ衂~ﾇｦﾇ・01.ﾇ衂~ﾇｦﾇ・MP3
.zip files records file-names in ANSI mode, so I need to know the right code page to get the right file-names.

and, I suggest you to instal 7zip to exact zip file. It can exact files by any code.

Anyway, what I suggest is that : don't use UAO(Unicode補完計畫) to share files, or you can use rar/7z to make compressed files(they do support unicode file names).
