before I answer let me say that as a Chinese American from Hong Kong in Washington state that I'm a little biased, but the Triads would win easily. It all comes down to the mentality of the various groups. The Mafia and Yakuza are both relatively smaller and have more infighting then the Triads do.

The Triads are also have a higher and more public profile then the others. This may be harder for people who aren't from the area to understand, but as people from Vancouver B.C. can tell you it is difficult to go into a resturant or club and not be in a Triad controlled bussiness.
