Does the english patch translate all the game (dialogues and stuff) or just the config utility?

I know that this Thread is about Y`s Eternal. But I`m new in this Forum and can`t find anything in the saerch.
I own a Y`s 1+2 complete and find a English Translation in the Internet.
Installing was no Problem, but I can only start Y`1 (in english!). When I try to start Y`s 2, a windows with japanese text comes up.
Only Y`s 1 is running, how can I get Y`s 2 to run?

Can anybody help me???

Thanks for the upload, but I have a question about it: Does anyone else have frame rate issues when playing this (I am using Vista 64bit if that makes a difference)? I was able to install this and apply the latest versions of NightWolve's patches (YsI(US)v127 and YsII(US)v102) just fine. I can play the game but my problem is that in Ys I (not sure about II yet but it didn't seem as bad from the few minutes I played to test the installation/patch) my frames per second was only between 15-19. Thus it was very jarring to play the game. I don't understand why this would be because I can play Ys: The Oath in Felghana and Ys: The Ark of Napishtim just fine at 60 fps.

Am I the only one with this problem? Anyone know a way to fix it?

This may be really late, but there's an option in Eternal to set your framerate - it goes from Free, 15, and 30, you may have it set on 15 by accident.
