I dont know if this is new news to everyone or not... i found it while i was out hunting for the ToS anime trailer to go with the ToP one i posted before. Anyways what do you all think? Gotta wonder if namco would give it to the US and other places.

if you meant tales of symphonia, then yes its already out for ps2(in japan). and is comming out soon. and the tales of eternia(or tales of destiny2) is gear toward chinese and southeast asia, since they are the only ones who is really invole in anime mmorpgs. its very popular in pc cafes. so an american release is not likly.

Well, I don't if this will cheer you up, but when Blizzard announced World of Warcraft Closed Beta Test, I've managed to play it although it was supposed to be restricted to North America. Just ask a Japanese friend for his/her address. Are they checking IPs to see if you're physically in Japan?

BTW, I've checked NAMCOs website and they'll be releasing TOE for PSP. I hope they'll translate it to English.
