If you couldnt tell, lostotaku placed the BT links after Desmonthes placed the warning.

yes lostotaku placed the BT links after Desmonthes placed the warning but the problem is that : there's some rules about "torrent".

Rule#1: Each and every torrent thread, created by members, found in the torrent section, MUST contain a torrent in their first post.
Direct download links (such as rapidshare, etc.) is not allowed in the torrent section. Should you want to share via direct download links, post them in the appropriate discussion thread instead. Threads without torrents attached are deleted. Torrent section is strictly for torrents, no exceptions, so don't forget that.

With links to external torrent, we cannot know if we can dl the torrent safely (virus, trojans, etc...) and then we cannot warn/protect all members about "external torrent". With attached torrent, everybody can dl torrent safely (torrent already tested, created by members, etc...).
