The rep system seems diffrent usually if I click on rep for someone I've already repped it'd gimme a message like ''You must spread more rep before giving rep to this person again'' instead there's no rep icon for them anymore, and also the quotes stopped working for me for a while? has things changed? I wasn't on HF for sometime I think but it wasnt too long

Maybe try clearing you cache and restarting your browser.

Nothing is wrong... You or your adblock program might have 'accidentally' blocked the images. Or it's just the cache fault.
