Sorry i am not a member which is long a piece of this community and i don't have posting much pictures or other kind of anime material and i don't know if this is the right place of the forum for this and i also don't want to be impolite but could somebody tell why everytime i want to comment a picture or an another piece of the gallery i take the message that i don't have the permission to proceed this or the fact that there is no possibility for me to upload something ? :(

Bet you didnt real the rules and policies right? To post and comment in the gallery and some other threads you have to be a member. To be a member you have to have a post count of 30+. Your current count is 17 as seen right across from your name. Post in the underground and the intro section dont count towards your post.
