for the question, well i already got the 2gb torrent you did the last time so unless there are new things im not interested (although i really love the sailor moon serie)
maybe making a few smaller torrents, each regrouping different artists/circles would be an idea.

a dojin is always drawn in some way

since sailor moon is an old serie, the dojins are mostly old (although some cool artists still do some dojins about it) so they are not super well drawn and usually have a lot of censorship.
but for some reasons, i noticed that dojins from the early 90's are less censored then dojins from the end 90's, the censor from the early 90's is usually a little blur spot or like in old animes (white form without any detail), the ones from the end 90's are done with big black bars everywhere.
so the some of the dojins are badly drawn, some are really well drawn, some got lots of censor and some got not much, like with almost everything else.

some old artists that are good (and that dont add too much censor) the SailorQ2 group (started in the early 90's, i found some works made recently, a lot of sailor moon, but also a lot of other series) group, Black Dog (she started in the early 90's, 45 books done for now, mostly sailor moon stuff), Miki Takai (former naoko takeuchi assistant, so the styles are very similar), Fukumaden, Masami Kamitou and Kanto Usagigumi, Studio R (although the quality change a lot between books), Tenny-L

Hey, djeezusse, long time no see. A little clarification. Doujinshi are just self published works. Can be games, text stories, videos, whatever. Of course, the most common, by far, are mangas. Censorship has been a way of life in Japan since us Americans imposed it on them among the surrender conditions after WW II. How much censorship tends to vary with the current social climate. Usually you will see more of it during conservative times and less in liberal times. Look at regular H mangas and you will see the same trends in censorship over time.

Um, the 2 gig torrent has been around for a while, now. Are we talking about new torrents or what? I wouldn't mind seeing some new/different books posted. Generally, I feel that 100-200 meg torrents are most convenient. Big enough to keep people up/downloading for a while, but not so big some people can't finish in this lifetime. And it's not like there isn't enough Sailor Moon doujin around. Hundreds of thousands of them were produced in the show's heyday, with around 20-30 percent being hentai. Just a matter of finding scans since most of those predate the current 'scan era'.

im still collection mainly sailor moon dojins and images, lately i have found a couple of scans of really old dojins (i also got a dojin based on the crappy show with actresses, usagi got dark hairs...), i hope ill be able to make a version 6 of my site if i can (again) find a host

Hey, djeezusse, since Sabin got a girlfriend and dumped his site, I think. Anyway, good luck getting your site resurrected. I doubt I have any more SM doujin you don't, especially after juenger1701's impressive contribution, but I might have a few images that I've gleaned from obscure artist sites.

And juenger1701, it's okay to proudly boast that your collection is bigger/better, but it's kind of rude to disparage somebody else's for being smaller. Especially since that only represents a single CDR worth of Dirty Finger's collection. A good way for newcomers and dial-up folks to get started while waiting for yours to download. Meanwhile, I assume the torrent is still active. I'm currently seeding a boatload of stuff, but can spare some bandwidth to help out. Just don't expect me to do it solo, I have too many other things on my list.

the possibilities of what happened to Sabin are many, but i recently found a site that had accounts on free.fr to the name of sabin rene figaro, wich is very similar to the name of some accounts used by Sabin, so maybe he came back.

for my site, all i need is a decent host (i have an entire layout done, would only need to set up the galleries), i thought i had one, they offered 1gb webspace with unlimited bandwith, but january first they changed that to only 1gb of bandwith monthly (still offering 1gb of webspace, if you make the calculation, it equal stupid)

the encyclopedia contain images that i think are not in the 2gb torrent (mostly MMG stuff), but it also had a few double in the dojins. as for the 2gb torrent, well it had a lot of stuff that the enceclopedia didnt had (duh) but also had many doubles (plus a lot of wrong titles), but i belive every dojin from the encyclopedia was in the 2gb torrent (not certain at 100% since i downloaded both a while ago)

@TSR i've heard the is it more than the encyc questions WAY too many times not to spout off occasionaly and yes it is active in a rotation with all my others

@djeezusse my torrent is only doujins named as found so that and the fact that some doujins are just mix and matches from others explanes the missnames and dupes (any name corrections are welcome) and it dosen't include the 20k some odd loose Sailor Moon pics i have including the 1400 MMGs wish i had a decient source for thoes kinda like the style

@Garimos i have a torrent of blackdog it has all but the newest 1 or 2 and thoes i have but no where to post (torrent section here kaput and some differance of opinion over at AR)

i think if/when the torrent section returns i'll rework the torrents to fix some of the gripes people have had about them

i think i still got the text file that came with the torrent (the one with all the directory names), just with that i think i should be able to give correct names, but right now im kinda busy trying to sort my things (Garimos know of that). there are some books that i know are badly named, but i dont remember the real title since they were on my hard drive that died...

wich black dogs are you missing? i got 34 of the 45 books that were released, the ones i miss are stand (not stands like in jojo) alone books that were reedited in the compilations, so i got all stories, but not all books

Does anybody still have the collection of Black Dog's translated works juenger1701 torrented such a long time ago? There are several Black Dog torrents currently floating around, but none of them had as many english translated Black Dog doujins as juenger1701's did. Only wish he was still around.

Just wondering... If anybody has it, please consider re-upping it into the torrent section. Thanks!
