Whats up with the limited animation??

it just boggles my mind why every hentai i watch has
got limited animation it just bugs da hell outta me and then they just take big pictures scroll across and add a sparkle or fog effect if someone can help me with this problem maybe im just not picking the right ones

is there a hentai to the hentai world like akira is to the anime world?

While i will admit that a majority of h-anime doesnt' really contain the best of animation...there's quite a lot of nice new ones out..but it all depends on your "taste" and whatnot =3 Bible Black is considered to be very well animated (tho the futanari content turned a LOT of ppl off XD) Moonlight Lady was also well done IMHO...or if you actually just want a decent action anime wif H content...Mezzo Forte uncut =3
