Apparently it was part of the Zelda booth from one of the conventions.
Its a really nice touch screen that's for sure.

That is too cool, seeing as how the new revolution can track your position in the room as well as your movement, I think it would be nice if they try to implement this in the new games they bring out.

But, now that I look at the video again it seems that this is not a touch screen, but a projector. I

That is a projector system by Reactrix and not Nintendo. It is just like Nintendo fanboys to give credit to Nintendo when it is not due.
