I'm trying to prepare a Zangetsu sword for Halloween next year (I know it's far away, but knowing my luck, I better start ASAP). I need to know the dimensions of the sword. Does anyone know?

well, you could look at a picture of the weilder holding the sword, preferably downwards where it compares the weilder with the sword.
From there, you make the judgements. The swords as think as his legs, you make yours as think as yours.
You don't want to make something that is too big for you, only because the dimensions are big.
It's like a downsize to your size or upsize to your size.
