I like the manga so I guess other people may be able to appreciate it more if I give an outline of the story so here it is:
NOTE: I address Shizuku sometimes as a she and sometimes as a he.
Michael Plan: I'm A Girl From Now On Volume 1
Chapter 1: Door to Heaven
The story started by depicting Shizuku having a hot sex session with a teacher. He told her that a woman was such a poor creature that would do what a man said once he put his cock inside her. The teacher then complimented that he had a good physique and could become a woman with a nice body. Shizuku got puzzled and thought she had become weird because of too much ecstasy. Suddenly the scene switched and Shizuku found that he had become a woman and was getting gangbanged.

The girls got confused since the boys had never been acting like that before when drunk. Suddenly the watcher stormed in and informed that they have been found out. In the panic, the girls kicked the boys out of the window and pushed the watcher boy and Shizuku into a closet. The girls then got dragged into the repentance room, leaving Shizuku and the boy alone.
The drunk Shizuku thought the boy as a girl and started assulting him. Getting aroused, the boy responded back and once Shizuku realized that he was a boy, it was too late. In the end, they were having sex. While she was reluctant at first, she finally gave in to the pleasure. In the aftermath, the wig the boy wore fell off and Shizuku recognized his face. Chapter 2: Memorable Day in the Storm

After the meal, the good loking guy asked her for a ride while telling the other guy to pay the bill and get lost. She was lecturing the nerd when rain suddenly poured down and forcing both of them to take shelter at the nerd's house which was nearby.
At first, looking the timid nature of the nerd, she got mischievous and teased him with her body. The nerd reacted back and started to assault her sexually. She tried to push him away only to realize that she had no longer the power of a man. She then bit him but a slap from him made her quiet and resigned to her fate.
