just click on it, and a menu should pop out asking you to save it on your hard disk.
Use a bittorrent client to run the torrent.

Go look at other posts made by "888888". He makes useless remarks along the lines of "I don't know sorry", copies/pastes the posts of others and revives long-dead threads.
