converting ape files to mp3

I just downloaded the Maaya Sakamoto complete discography

and was wondering how i can convert ape files to mp3

so i can burn her music onto a cd

Don't convert from .ape -> (.wav) -> .mp3 -> (.wav) -> CD. That is, unless you're making a "MP3 CD"-thing.

dBpowerAMP (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/) should work. Have it dump the .ape files as .wav files and then burn them to a disc.

I use nero with plugins to do all my APE, FLAK, MP3's. Media Monkey, google it, should also be able to do everything.

I think Nero is one of the best ways to encode from one codec to another. Except you can't do WAV > mp3 for some reason. But doing it APE>MP3 on Nero should work jus make sure you have ur quality at lest up to 190 CBR. so yeah
