DOA4 for the Xbox360 aaaaaaagh no way. I am a deadhard DOA fan now I have to buy another console -_-. Holy crap, just when the DOA series was completed on the xbox console machine. I got 3 consoles allready LoL. But OMG it's word it.

Anyway OMG it's lisa, what for costume is she wearing?!. Looks like some gladiator style. I really hope they don't make any stupid stages or characters. The japanese kimono girl and the blonde guy looks nice though. Hey are there two blonde guys or is that guy on the 3th page the same as on the second page ^^

Brad Wong was a cool new fighter in the third part. I wonder how Tecmo will change the counter engine in the new episode.It was said to be more difficult than in the former parts. But I'm more excited about Ninja Gaiden Black anyway!!

In defense of people saying that doa4 looks like it is on the current xbox the Xbox 360 development units have been running at 1/3 the power that the final production xbox360 will have. Also Itagaki said the game was only 15 or 20 percent complete at the time the trailer was shown. I expect the final product to be a lot better when it comes out.

Ninja Gaiden Black looks about the same as it did though... didn't it? I'm playing Ninja Gaiden right now... and well, sure, the textures are slightly less than NGB, but overall, I don't note that much of a difference...

Hate kasumi, in my opinion she is a sucky cheap character who's only redeeming factor is the size of her chest and the skimpiness of her clothing.

Now Hitomi with her halter top mmmmmm......

Ninja gaiden is going to have levels and missions different than that from the hurricane pack. There are also going to be new difficulty modes such as Ninja dog(really easy). There will probably also be new weapons, spells, and moves. There will also be new enemies and probably a bit more advanced AI. It will be something like Ninja Gaiden 1.3. I feel that they are developing Ninja gaiden black also for the XBOX 360, they will just be able to sell NGB on the current system and possibly later on the new system, and with a downloadable patch be able to make NGB look and play phenomenally on the XBOX360.

Tecmo is going to produce a sequel to DOAXBV but I think it is in the really early alpha stage what with DOA4 and NGB on the slate.

DOAX2 was going to be released on the XBOX, from what I heard, but may be moved to development on the 360... anyways, we can look forward to better graphics, physics, and the like ^^

So, we can possibly expect to see more volleyball, and possibly other games too... maybe football...? though, would that be soccer or AFL... either way... fun fun ^^

I remember the first time I played the game, i put it on hard and Murai kicked my ass...now he's gonna his pals with him....

And alma....oh my...alma...so fine yet so mean.

I'm soooo looking forward to Ninja Gaiden Black !!!!!!!!

But ive got a question. In the screens up this page and on one of the Wallpapers in the gallery section is a pic of Ryu holding a hurt or even dying ayane. Is this scene part of the Hurricane Packs or did Tecmo change the story of NG for NGB? :confused: Cause in NG Ayane doenst have have much screen time and looked rather well and healthy.

I don't think it is part of Hurricane packs, but from the videos I saw, the scene in which she is hurt is something extra, a cinematic that's not vital to the story. I you remember, at the second mission, you are supposed to go back to Hayabusa village and right when you climb the wall, just above the room where the you the blacksmith is you will see her hurt and telling you a little bit about the situation and then wish you good luck. Nothing too special.

I just saw the videos that came with the Oct. OXM and man.. Ninja Gaiden Black looks freaken awesome!! So many new moves, but it kinda looks like the original Ninja Gaiden with added stuff.. =\ Anyways, I want to see who's behind the mask of that Cyber Ninja Suit.

DoA4 is going to be sweet.. Even though I'll probably get a PS3 first, I'm going to buy the game and wait 'till I get enough money to get an Xbox 360. The new girl Kokoro I think, looks so kawaii! But nothing compares to Hitomi, her outfits looks really nice in the preview. I would say that Team Ninja has done it again, making yet another great sequel to the DoA franchise.

I think it looks great.
You have to realize that these trailors and the game this far was made on a Mac G5 with Dual 2GHz CPU's and a ATI X800XT PE GFX Card. Way below the final specs of the 360.

Both of them look really good! I love Dead or Alive, it's the only fighting game I will ever play. It owns completely owns Tekken. Tekken = combos like mad. End of story. I didn't finish Ninja Gaiden because it got way too hard, but I'll see if I can... I don't have Xbox live either so I can't download any of those packs. I think DOA4 looks a lot better than DOA3 or DOAU, but that's just my opinion. My computer can't seem to play the trailer for some reason, its probably my specs. I only have 2.6 Ghz (but my graphics card is a Geforce 6600). <3 Ayane. She's definitely the best! :)

My guess would be not much.
From what I've seen most of the graphics really look like slightly upgraded XBOX titles.
Of course I could be wrong and pleasently surprised like I was with the PS2 and its software programing difficulty.
Best thing to do now is just wait and see.

I just finished Ninja Gaiden Black on HARD !!! The game has many surprises on hard (and getting master ninja rank is so damn tough)...and some of the missions are MAD HARD. Even on normal it's not a piece of cake....but when you get to the Master Ninja level, you learn the real definition of getting OWNED !!!(except for the first few missions). ONE mistake is fatal and the AI is so Fantastic it almost feels like it's a real experienced player you're playing against!!!!. And you have to have it in your blood. My observation skills have improved since i play this game....damn.....this game is having way too much impact on me.
Anyway, Team Ninja is the best at making TECHNICAL games. Games that are worth mastering. Games like DOA. Not only do they look good, they feel good, and they constitute an addicting challenge.
OMG i need an XBOX 360....NOW!!!!!!!!

*wear my ninja outfit and set off to the closest best buy to steal an HDTV and....nothing else, they ran out of XBOX 360's.....dammit*

DOA4 slated for release on the 28th of december. It seems that the tengu might be in there as a playable character and that the Spartan #458(also known as Nicole) will get some sort of attack utilising a sticky grenade, probably as part of a throw. Hayabusa has gotten revamped moves, it seems the player will only be able to maintain the handstand for a very short time now, plus hayabusa gets a neat ninpo teleportation ability. It also appears that a non boss character might die(some people think Gen Fu, Helena, Hayate{based upon the commercial})
Gen Fu, Leon, and Ein will be in there, but will not have a story mode. YOu will have to complete story mode with every story mode character to unlock helena and her ending, which is the true ending of DOA4.

I will post more information as I find and remember it.

DOA4 might have a patch to download as soon as it is on sale that has to do with gameplay.

DOA4 is the epitome of style on the XBOX360.

Hmmm, but wouldn't that make the game a bit unfair?

Plus I heard that the BETA-Kasumi (Last Boss) is very hard to beat. Plus not everyone will have the same ending boss when you play on story-mode....

Kokoro's fighting style is awesome, very elegant. That was to be expected though. :p

And if you pay attention to the background in the Kokoro vs. Ayane fight, it would appear that the scrolling banner is customizable. :D

the scrolling banner gets its text from your xbox live profile. Kokoro does have a very elegant fighting style! It's a bit like Helena's Wu Shu style (and, there appears to be a link there).

BETA-Kasumi is annoyingly tough, but easier with some characters.

Best ending so far: Hitomi's. :D

Helena's was a definite favorite

Brad Wong's, Bass', and zack's endings were pretty funny.

I saw most of the female characters' endings as fan service, except for Helena's and Ayane's

Bayman's ending was dark, suiting him very well.

Hayate's and Hayabusa's were just meh action sequences.

Jan Lee's and Eliot's offered a very good look into their lives that was somewhat touching.
