For some reason the confirmation e-mail isn't being sent to my e-mail address. Any ideas? I have cookies enabled and my e-mail is set up correctly.

You mean on the BT site or on the forum? Also when did you last try to register? The problem was fixed yesterday.

I am also having the same problem getting an e-mail conformation for the BT site. I get one from the forum site.

If you signup and didn't receive the comfirm email on bt site. please email bt@hongfire.com your username and email address. So i can active it for you. :) sorry about the troubles the problem should be fixed now. You probly registered before we fix the problem.

I'm having the same problem, and I'm just registering today. I did mail the person listed above, and recieved an answer, but nothing happened.
No mail, no answer, no login.. so.. now what?
I found that if you change the e-mail address in your profile it resends the confirm e-mail to that account. do try that I'm not to certain what the problem is but I think my telus account my have filtered out the first one.

Nothing is helping... Isn't there anyone else that can do something? Here's what I did:
-went to bt.hongfire.com
-went to "Sign up"
-filled out name, pass, mail, etc.
-sent in and got the notice that says : "a confirmation email has been sent to the address you specified (my email address)
You need to read and respond to this email before you can use your account.
If you don't do this, the new account will be deleted automatically after a few days."
-checked my mail 27 times during the day to see if it's there
There's nothing there. I didn't do anything wrong, I don't think. I went back to the site and tried to log in, and it says the username was incorrect. I really want to log on. I've looked over the site, and I'd love to be a part of it, but I can't until this is fixed. And I did send my username like you said, but that was over five hours ago, and I even deleted the account and redid it to see what was wrong. I can delete the account, but I can't use it??? That's so weird...
Someone.. please help. :(

The confirmation email went straight into the junk mail folder with me. did you check there?

I've already checked my email today and fixed few accounts :) seems it stilll couldn't send email to some address. I will look into it. BUt please check if the emails are in your junk mail box or if your mail filter is blocking it. Make sure you turn off your email filters. and remember If you have problem with bt site. Email to BT@hongfire.com if you have problem with mainsite and forums. Email to webmaster@hongfire.com

can any 1 tell me y that i cant login to my account for the bt.hongfire.com site?
i already have the confirmation e-mail and when i open the e-mail to the site, the site says that my account is actived.. and auto login. but when i try to download files from the site. it saids access denied and when i try to login my password somehow it is incorret, when i recover my account info somehow and password is changed..... so any1 knows y???
plz help.......

So you were able to login the bt site. but you can't download them? it shouldn't happen. I mean are you sure you registered to both sites? or you just registered at www.hongfire.com and didn't register in bt.hongfire.com?

I already signed up for like 4 times or something..... with different email address.....all of them got the same problem....... the original password changed to something else.....

the same problem for me , this is the 4th day tnd still i can't access to download , when i click the activation link , it show that accout is confirmed , but when i try to download it show access denied . i logged in both bt and forum , i hope from admin. to make it more easy to login and download , thanks . :o

Please give me more details on this bug. Your both account for bt.hongfire.com and www.hongfire.com (http://www.hongfire.com) are active and working. but you can't download the torrent? You should be able to download even your not loged in. what kind of bt client are you using? Make sure you use BitTornado Client Download it here (http://web.newsguy.com/nstrom/BitTornado-0.3.7-w32install.exe)
and please tell me what client were you using that got reject from the tracker. Thanks

I've tried to downlaod torrent without login the site. it worked fine for me so is for many other members. i don't use azure bt client my self. did you try to use BT tornado? did that client work for you?
