Now to comment on yours. ;) Interesting design, stands out from the standard rectangle or other geometric shapes. I like the animation too, the picture that appears and scans downwards. May be a bit inappropriate because of the pornographic nature though. But I don't think anyone here is really concerned about minors.

Lisa: Simple, maybe too simple? Guess you're still trying to balance between heavy animations and simplicity. Hmm, think the shine effect on the text can be enhanced a bit more, it's barely noticeable at the moment. Or maybe a background will contrast it better. The extraction of the girl is pretty good, you'd have to zoom to see the one pixel white "outline" but then again only super perfectionists will utterly eradicate such things. The black outline of the hat and her finger is broken though. Umm. Yeah, may be a lot nicer with a good background.

S&T Kawaii Love: Sorta incoherent, the different type of scenes and the difference in size. The thing bouncing up and down is cute though. Oh and the first gif's size is big for it's small dimensions.

AzureLight: Nice and simple. Maybe you can do some animation stuff with the lyrics?

syndromicon: I like the picture and the style of the art. Simple and clean. The cropping of the image to show only part of her suggestive pose is a good concept. Kinda want to see more of her.

krotch: Whoa, really mature scene. The font sorta steals the focus from the main picture. Cute bunny girls.

Blair: Hmm, too much empty space? May look nicer if you add something or resize it a bit.

KonoHentai: Good layout. The positioning, text and background complement each other nicely. The slight bevel'ish effect of the border is also stylish.


Ok ok, I'll stop nitpicking. Hope everyone don't mind me not actually assigning a rating. How about I bash my own? Hmm, think it'll look better if it's another shape or have some sort of effect for the border. Looks way too typical at the moment. The flat red background is nothing much either. Would have made it transparent but didn't think it'll look nice with the morphing effect. The text was a quick hackjob, tried to make something with a rough, ice-like texture and that was the best I could come up with. I've zero aptitude for art.

Oh come on now Kerii sig is not all that bad I rate it an 7 out of 10 :D. It is an easy sig but still an sig :P. Why? because I think it is a sig that; is clean, easy, catches the eye, it has text in it, makes the user interested in doing something (namely checking the dimensions of the sig), it makes the user think why he/she choose those particular dimensions, besides that the sig is clickable, and the sig reminds me of a school board with white chalk text on it.

Darkness Illussion: great sig, it tells a short story which is unique. Would rate it 8 out of 10. You have to tell me the exact meaning of the text. It think it refers to chobits. The words freedom, happy and darkness don't seem to fit together. But that is just a minor thingie.

Uhm well actually I don't really know. I found it by accident. I think it is an Japanese advertising commercial for CCS. I can't remember seeing this in an episode. I overlooked on your sig the advertising of yourself. In that case I rate it 8.5 out of ten.

I agree that my sig is not really an signature. It is just a gif picture(s). But I used the pic of S&T because it's cute and the pic of kero because it is funny. Too much gif sigs can be annoying too :p . So I will change my sig soon enough I think.

No, the background of my pic is from Last Blade 2 I think, and the girl is named Kasumi Todoh. I just put those two together and wrote her name in kanji there and made those lines and the edges a little bit softer..

8.5/10, sometimes the sig doesn't need to be the full size allowed, so this one is just the right size for the eye (i can read the message no prob...however disturbing it might be :eek: ). If the text were red (to match eye) and the border was beveled it would be 9.5/10!

russ: 9.5/10, thanks for explaining the text, it's so much better knowing it's your name :) It's as good as it gets, you even removed the black border underneath the character, colors are perfect :cool: Unfortunately, I think the little animation detracts from your nice neat sig (it's a cool animation tho, doh!)

I guess most of us (including me) learned using photoshop/paint shop pro just by experimenting. It took me 2-3 years to get to this point in photoshop, but you can speed up that time with different online tutorials i guess.

I can't think of any suggestions...except maybe a super-picky one: for your animated text blur, it looks like the center of rotation is the last "e" in "There". If you could make all the animations blur-rotate about the center of the blue eye (it looks like it's already lined up), I think the effect would be even cooler.

Toolix: Very nice conceptualization, the perspective, font, and animation (difficult to do without being annoying) are very well done.
Only problem I see is that the site background is white and so are the wings, a border could fix that. It's also much smaller in height compared to other sigs, very good. 9.9/10 :p :D

darkness_illusion: Good use of the picture, but it contrasts a bit too much with the border, warm and cool colors don't mix well. The font is also a bit pixelated. Running it through Photoshop with a smooth filter on the text can alleviate that. 8/10 :p :D

Ponzu: What can I say? Another nice cute sig with kitty girls. Font on your name seems a bit plain next to that stylized kanji though. 9/10 :p :D

Llamaentity: Sorry, but I couldn't read any of that until I looked up at your user name. Perhaps that was the effect you were going for? The paper could also have been washed out using the find whites option in Photoshop. :p
In any case, it shows effort alright. 6/10 :p :D
